It is a late harvested sweet wine. Healthy berries, without Botrytis were harvested in November. After the spontaneous fermentation, the wine was aged for 6 months in stainless steel to preserve the primary fruit aromas.
It is an easy to drink sweet wine, with explosive fruitiness.
