Bock Ermitage, 2016

The winery’s most popular wine. A Cabernet dominant blend with additional Merlot, Pinot Noir, Portugieser, Kékfrankos and Syrah. The grapes come from the most beautiful vineyards in the Villány wine region. The wine is aged in large oak barrels (70%) and used barrique barrels (30%) for 12 months. Medium dark colour verging on garnet-red. The nose is lightly spiced with notes of red-fleshed fruits. The palate displays slightly bitter sour cherries leading to a light chocolate flavoured finish.
